Last minute touches...

Have been making some last minute touches today, ensuring that the candles are a perfect size for the candle holders. Everything has come together really well, good team work with the husband to be, painting boxes too.

The last of the pots

 The final pot.....that's bigger than the other pots! This was the only pot I had to wash, a useful object that the previous owner left from the many bunch of crap that was left behind. Shame that I couldn't think of a use for the piano he heeeeeeee.

It only had to happen to the last pot, and on the last two holes as well :(

Hen a la Bath Spa do

Thanks to the lovely ladies for the fabulously most thoughtful weekend, I'm one lucky lady to have such a wonderful bunch of ladies as friends.

This was taken on a day dreaming walk on my lunch break, quite handy working around the corner.

Place names...

A little obvious I know, who would of guessed that I would make labels as the place names! Only 18 more to make, can't complain as it's nice using my watercolour pencils. Couldn't leave out the little birdy.....

What they call a centre piece...

9 out of 11 candle holders complete! Just waiting on James to finish off his hole drilling on the last one, keep up the good work Mr Kelly.

These have turned out as a right bargain, approx only £3 per candle holder, handy having plenty of paint and sand paper on hand. I couldn't stop myself with the cheesy use of personalised ribbon ha ha!!
